You ever see those Little John has a 3m room in New York videos? It’s kinda like that, but they did it right. Stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed our time. Even though the rooms are small they have such a cool minimalist feel to them that makes it comfy. The amenities in the room had a luxury feel to them. Even though I’m 6’1 and had to duck to get upstairs it was worth the stay.

Great location, quiet room, OK gym. I slept in the sky high room, small but sufficient. What was inconvenient was the AC which was pointed straight on the bed, which means you are either hot when off, or developing a cold when on. Also, the ‘continental’ breakfast is the saddest I’ve see in a while, with dry croissants and cereals, and a broken coffee machine: please go out for breakfast instead

The room was quite small and designed in a very minimalist style. Upon entering, the common area and shower are on the left side, with the bed, a small table, and a mirror on the right. There isn’t much space to keep luggage—manageable for one person, but cramped for two. The room was clean and offered a nice city view. As a first-time visitor, I felt a bit uncomfortable due to the large number of homeless people around the area. While the hotel itself has strong safety measures and feels secure inside, the surroundings can feel unsafe. Be prepared for occasional loud music and police sirens during the night. Despite the cleanliness inside, the streets outside are often dirty because of the crowd. The breakfast was simple, typically consisting of a croissant, coffee, tea, yogurt, and fruit—mostly the same each day. However, the complimentary tea and coffee available throughout the day were a nice touch. The front desk staff and security personnel were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help when needed. Thank you for the support and taking good care of guests.

Convenient, modern, and bright — but not very comfortable. The location in the city center felt fine, and the hotel’s 24-hour security was reassuring. However, the stay itself wasn’t the most comfortable (the NYC Yotel was better). The room layout was awkward and cramped — I had to climb over the bed to reach the window shades, and the face towels were hung so low they strained my back. Choppy wifi. Very little front-desk support after hours. The only place to sit was on the bed, and the shower leaked water towards the bed. No bedsheet, just the bed duvet w rough fabric and a strong detergent odor that made me cough and scratch. Breakfast was mostly sugar and carbs. Some fruits and protein would have been nice.

The staff was exceptional and checked in with me daily. They also reminded that they had breakfast and cleaning staff regularly. Very great facilities and catered to everything I needed. Work in tech and have a lot of conferences to go to. I was able to get and use all the main stations for buses, trains, and scooters. Theirs always a guard on duty into the evening and nights, so you'll have someone to cater to your requests. Thank you to the management team, they really made my stay enjoyable for Thanksgiving week/weekend. Make sure to ask the front desk for the best recommendations within the city.

We stayed for 2 nights encounter to New Zealand. A welcome break in our journey. We read the reviews after it was booked by our travel agent. The Sky room sounded like something out of science fiction but kind Mark took one look at us and decided it wasn't the room for us. He put us in a top floor room all on one level which had a lovely view over the lit up City Hall. Unfortunately the pillows were so hard. I didn't realise they could be changed on request. I have requested them for our stay on the return journey. Shower good. The breakfast was continental style but quite a bit of choice. As for the homeless, there weren't many outside the hotel, scattered along Market Street. Don't make eye contact and walk past quickly. Found Saluhall good for an evening meal. San Fransisco was an amazing place. There is lots to see and hotel makes a safe base to see it all. The underground has 2 stations outside hotel with a direct route to airport. Easy walk to waterfront and onto Fishermans Walk. Trams go up from Powell Street nearby.

This hotel is nice. The location is rough. During the day, outside is ok. When it gets dark, in this area, best to be inside. Inside this hotel is safe. There is security. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The host/ concierge Regina was a sweetheart. Rooms are clean and kempt, only complaint is that they lack lighting, presumably for cost cutting and efficiency, and they do make up for it by having this cool neon lighting availalable
